• Important Booking Information

    • If you’ve worn in your dancing shoes enough and box stepped your way through the beginner courses with ease,  or if you’re already a dance enthusiast and able to dance the basic steps, then you’re ready to move up to the next stage of dance training. By the end of a course you’ll know many new steps and be able to perform more complex routines.

Each course runs for 3 consecutive weeks, during which you’ll be taught one dance. Classes take place in an easy-going, sociable setting, where everyone is encouraged to get to know one another.

Once you book a course, you will gain access to STUDENT PORTAL, where you will find videos of the steps you will be learning and more. These will be added gradually after each class, so make sure you check back regularly.

Courses are not drop-in classes, so you’ll need to pay and book in advance through the website or the Ballroom Courses app. Courses may become fully booked so book in advance to guarantee your spot. It will not be possible to join the course after it has started.

If you have any further questions please check the FAQs page.

    Skills that you will gain

Starting with a reminder of the basic steps, your instructor will add a series of new step combinations to your repertoire.

As well as building on your growing dance skills, your instructor will also introduce you to the techniques of leading or following your partner with confidence.

The courses cover Ballroom dances: Slow Waltz, Tango, Foxtrot and Quickstep. And Latin dances: Samba, Cha-Cha, Rumba, and Jive.

    Terms and conditions

The course fee is non-refundable and non-transferable to other courses or classes, once the course has started. You can move between levels, if you find yours too easy or too difficult.

Sometimes, due to unexpected circumstances, the scheduled instructor may change and be replaced with another highly trained instructor, without notice.

In the very rare event of a class having to be cancelled, as much notice as possible will be given to participants via email and social media. Every effort will be made for cancelled classes to be rescheduled.

Unauthorised filming or recording of the class is not allowed. No one wants to be on camera without being asked first.
